Hello Leconfe Community,
For the past few years, Leconfe has allowed organizers to run conferences without usage limits. As more people use the platform, our storage and server requirements have also grown. To support the continued growth of Leconfe, we are introducing new plans for event.leconfe.com.
Starting 17 August 2026, newly scheduled conferences created on or after this date will use one of the following plans:
Free — USD 0 — up to 50 submissions and 50 participants
Basic — USD 75 — up to 100 submissions and 100 participants
Premium — USD 125 — up to 200 submissions and 300 participants
Unlimited — USD 349 — unlimited submissions and participants
Existing conferences are not affected
Any conference created before 17 August 2026 will remain under the legacy arrangement.
Existing conferences will continue to enjoy:
The new plans will apply only when a user creates a new scheduled conference on or after 17 August 2026.
We are making this change to support the continued growth of Leconfe and maintain reliable server resources, storage, performance, and support.
