Upgrade Error: 403 - Access denied

I upgraded the version from 1.4.1 to 1.4.4. After I followed the steps in the video and finished extracting the files, when I returned to my website to perform the upgrade, I got an error:

403 - Access denied, you do not have permission to access this page.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks for the report. This is a known upgrade access issue in 1.4.4.

We have released version 1.4.5 to fix this issue.

Please download 1.4.5, upload/extract it over your current files, then open your website again. The upgrade page should now be accessible and you can continue the upgrade.
