New Features
User Portal — Participants now have a centralized portal to view all registered conferences, with conference filtering support.
Custom Roles — Administrators can create and manage custom roles tailored to each conference's needs.
Participant Role — A new dedicated participant role introduced alongside a redesigned dashboard UI.
Self-Assign to Scheduled Conference — Users can register themselves directly to scheduled conferences.
Registration Required Fields Setting — Admins can configure which fields are mandatory on the registration form.
Upload Field for Custom Forms — Custom forms now support file upload fields.
Reorderable Topics — Topics can be manually reordered.
Add-on Item Counter — Item counter for add-ons on the registration flow.
Editor Guidance — Additional guidance displayed to editors within the review workflow.
Payment Availability Control — Per-conference control over payment availability.
Manual Invoice Toggle for Participants — Toggle to enable or disable manual invoicing for participant payments.
Auto-Generated Invoice & Receipt Numbers — Invoice and receipt numbers are now auto-generated. The Send Invoice action has been moved to the kebab menu and is hidden when invoicing is disabled.

Invitation emails are now auto-verified upon acceptance.
Plugins can be enabled globally across all conferences.
More roles are now eligible to be invited to a conference.
The "Reader" role has been removed from the system.
Payment flow refined and streamlined.
Review page and maintenance page UI improved.
Incomplete submissions are excluded from the submission count on the dashboard.
Original filenames are preserved when uploading submission files.
/ and \ characters are stripped from download filenames to prevent errors.
Expired invitations are excluded from duplicate invitation checks.

Bug Fixes
Role assigned in wrong context.
User portal not showing all registered conferences.
Custom role errors under certain conditions.
Users could delete roles that still had assigned users — now blocked.
Abstract word count limit not enforced.
Plugin default settings not populated when creating a new conference.
Plugin enable/disable toggle not functioning.
Reordering Additional Content in proceedings was difficult.
Tab width too wide on proceeding detail page.
Notification sending failed under certain conditions.
Payment form items not scoped correctly.
Submission keywords not displayed on the reviewer invitation page.
